One of my favorite photos from our Prairie Hive, Issue Two magazine was of the bruschetta. I know, weird. Something about the colors and texture and the fact that it tasted fabulous! So, why not do a color pop?

I have to admit that my favorite season, fall, is right up on us and I am so excited. I think we have a couple more 100 + days in the forcast for this week, but rumor has it that next week we will be seeing some highs in the 80′s!
So, hopefully the next Color Pop will be full of autumn goodness.
