I have been dying to order a Pop Art Portrait for awhile now.  The only reason I haven’t is because I can’t decide exactly what painting I want!

Two wonderful ladies here in Tulsa do Personal Pop Art Portraits.  They use a photograph of your choice and paint it pop art style on a canvas.  The result is so fun and colorful- they truly look great in every home.  They will customize the colors for you too, so the painting fits in right where you want it!

I would love to have a painting of my kids for our home like this one,

but the portraits make great gifts, and I’m thinking it’s never too early to start planning for the holidays!  (Maybe mom and dad need a painting of their dog, Penny!)

And a bridal portrait like this one could make a great wedding gift!  (something a little different is always nice!)

And if you can’t commit to a picture of your family or your pet, they do wonderful pop art paintings of subjects a little less personal, like this cupcake or the flower at the beginning.  They are  fresh, fun and they look perfect right where you need a little pop of color!

Lisa is a mother of three who works as a fashion and wardrobe consultant. As a former French and Latin teacher, the time she spent living in France has an ongoing influence on her style, both in fashion and interiors (she has the most comprehensive collection of plain white shirts you’ve ever seen!). She considers shopping a true hobby, a skill which was put to good use as she recently completed an addition and remodel of her family’s 1958 home in Midtown Tulsa. Throughout her home, you can recognize her emphasis on comfort with a few quirky touches that make it a true reflection of her family and their collective style. Lisa is old school and has yet to latch on to this whole “social media” phenomena
