Issue 5, Spring 2012 is all about fearlessly using what you love to make your home a true representation of yourself. Our homeowner, one of our favorite Tulsa trendsetters, has an extensive (and quirky!) art collection displayed throughout her cozy downtown loft, each piece connected to one of her passions, from music to her family to local history. Her ever expanding displays are a great testimony to the design philosophy to just trust your instincts when it comes to your surroundings.
We got inspired by Mary Beth’s youthful spirit (and her robot collection) and decided to make our entertaining section for kids (or kids at heart!). We are in love with the adorable cupcakes and candies at this party…stay tuned to the blog this week for a complete how-to! Special thanks to Fab Lab Tulsa for helping us make our ideas for the robot puzzles come to fruition for the photo shoot! Since not every city has a FabLab location, we also included a simple DIY puzzle that could be used at a party…or as a rainy day craft for your kiddos!
We also have a new section, PH Travels, where will be taking road trips around our region to find the best food, shopping and entertainment…and sharing it all with you!
