I personally have fond memories of neon in the form of these…

I’m pretty sure I had some pretty awesome T-Shirts and plastic hairbows painted with a product very similar to this one.

The thing is… neon is back.  It’s out there in so many ways.  And it’s great.  A little neon just steps everything up a notch- makes things just a little more edgy.
