      As long as you don’t put the fruit in WITH the rind, it actually marinates into the sangria it gets better with age. I learned this the HARD way by leaving the rinds on all of the fruits and then having to dump it. If you’re unsure if you’re going to use it all the first day, don’t risk wasting it! :)
